  • Provide advisory related to Sales Practice, Distribution Channel, Insurance Product, Sales Material, and Project Initiative.
  • Manage and coordinate the Market Conduct and Fraud report in timely manner
  • Conduct data analysis and investigation related to Market Conduct and Fraud Cases.
  • Oversee the Sales Force behavior and provide a regular monitoring report
  • Conduct review & monitoring report related to Market Conduct & Fraud
  • Review and provide recommendation of the complaint investigation report.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring Law or Economic
  • Having Similar background in Life Insurance minimum 3 years
  • Understand the Business Process of the Life Insurance Company
