You will secure government and healthcare provider reimbursement to ensure patient access and engage key stakeholders to raise awareness and advocate for timely reimbursement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop and implement market access strategies to secure favorable pricing and reimbursement for new launches and key brands.
Negotiate inclusion of Sandoz products in national drug lists and hospital formularies, ensuring alignment with business unit and global strategies.
Engage and influence key stakeholders—including payers, decision-makers, and KOLs—to drive awareness and support for reimbursement.
Ensure optimal launch and in-market pricing based on market dynamics and organizational objectives.
Analyze and communicate product value (clinical, economic, and social) to payers and healthcare authorities.
Provide insights on healthcare landscape trends and their impact on market access for Sandoz products.
Support maintenance of in-market brands, addressing pricing challenges, expenditure restrictions, and generic competition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align market access strategies with regional and global objectives.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field; advanced degree in Health Economics or MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with significant exposure to Market Access and formulary listing committees
Proven experience in developing and executing market access strategies including pricing and reimbursement negotiations
Strong relationships with key NLEM stakeholders, payers and decision-makers with ability to influence at senior levels
Demonstrated track record in marketing and sales within pharma; experience with off-patent products is an advantage
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes and regulatory frameworks in Thailand
Ability to analyze health economics data and clearly articulate clinical, economic and social value propositions
Experience working in a multinational matrix organization with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
