We are seeking a proactive and networking specialist to join our team as a Regional Market Access Manager to work in our Swedish biosimilar team. In this role, you will drive access and sales in designated regions together with a team of highly experienced sales and market access professionals. This role will cover regions from around Stockholm and further north.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development of a product portfolio in a designated region to reach commercial goals
Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to align with client goals and company objectives
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients among stakeholders from region leads, drug formula committees and clinic leadership.
Achieve sales targets & identify new opportunities in regions and promote products to key stakeholders in healthcare, including clinic leadership, physicians and nurses.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (medical, marketing & Commercial Excellence) and external partners to align strategies and execute access plans.
Leverage and share best practices with other Regional Market Access Managers within the organization.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience within regional market access and in the Swedish healthcare environment
Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and budget processes in the relevant regions.
Knowhow to develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to align with customers goals and company objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications & project management skills.
Being a committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture.
Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with other internal functions and external stakeholders.
Self-starting and proactive, ability to assimilate and digest multiple, complex information.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
