Lead the market access strategies in the COPAC region for the products of the specialty Care portfolio assigned. Develop and execute initiatives to secure Market Access execution by improving team capabilities, key process and platforms and measurement of KPIs.

Market Access has the mission of securing complete and timely patients access to Sanofi therapies. Our aim is accomplished through a strategic and effective stakeholder engagement with payers among other relevant actors in the different defined geographic ecosystems.
Main responsibilities:
The general responsibility of this position is to secure a timely and complete access for Specialty care therapies in COPAC by leading a Value & Access team.
Lead a Value & Access high performance team in COPAC SPC
Develop team capabilities. Both market Access s and soft competencies.
Develop and execute platforms to monitor Market Access execution.
Engage effectively with key decision makers transversally and specific to therapeutic areas
Monitor the impact of Market Access deliverables with Business Units
Lead with Access & Sales manager the account strategy per product and the respective KPIs
Lead the adaptations and execution of operational standards applicable to Market Access function (Payer engagement, Events, etc)
Anticipate, analyse, and act on key policy changes that affect Access, price, or coverage.
Work transversally with extended COPAC teams (medical Affairs, regulatory, marketing, Public Affairs) to support Market Access strategies
About you
Experience: Leadership roles in Market Access and sales in multinational Pharma companies in Central America, Ecuador and Caribbean region.
Technical and soft skills: Impactful communication and influence skills. Strategic thinking. Analytical thinking. Business acumen, result orientation. Develop people, Manage teams. Transform organizations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or administrative areas with graduated studies in public health or related disciplines (epidemiology, health policy, health economics, etc)
Languages: Spanish and English (at least 80% written and spoken)
