Managing essential office tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and providing comprehensive support to the team. - Manages the logistics of airfreight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handles customs documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations to facilitate the export process.
- Monitors the status of shipments and providing timely updates to clients.
- Communicates with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Prepares and manages all necessary documentation for airfreight exports, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Manages costs associated with airfreight exports, including negotiating rates with carriers and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Addresses and resolves any issues that arise during the export process, such as delays or discrepancies.
- Ensures all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Education: Apprenticeship in Logistics Management required. Associate's Degree in Logistics Management preferred.
