We’re searching for a dynamic Marine Personnel Recruitment Specialist to lead the full cycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and securing the best hires. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in refining our recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving local initiatives to attract top maritime talent. What you will work on:

Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified seafarers.

Create compelling job ads and source candidates through digital channels.

Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist top talent.

Assist stakeholders throughout the interview process.

Act as a liaison between candidates and Marine HR Specialists.

Administer and analyze psychometric tests.

Gather references and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Track hiring metrics and recommend process improvements.

Maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.

Support employer branding through events, networking, and online media.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills to identify top candidates.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Solid writing skills for crafting compelling job postings.

Experience with personality assessment tools.

Tech-savvy with a good grasp of HR and recruitment software.
