The Marine Insurance Manager will work closely with operations, legal, and finance teams to protect the company’s assets and manage insurance-related matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all marine insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and timely renewals.
- Coordinate and handle insurance claims, working with underwriters, surveyors, and legal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise on insurance-related risk management strategies.
- Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance contracts, claims, and correspondence.
- Monitor changes in marine insurance regulations and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all operations comply with insurance terms and conditions.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine insurance management, preferably within the shipping or maritime industry.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
