Job Title: Mapping Analyst (Owner Retention Division)

Job Summary
The Mapping Analyst is responsible for mapping job functions. This position will play an integral role in ensuring our territory descriptions and boundaries coincide, verifying that office locations comply with company standards and performing analyses in support of company growth
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Create and maintain franchise territory maps using mapping tools, including preparing proposals and processing mapping updates.
• Partner with Operations, Franchise Development, and Legal teams to support new franchise sales, relocations, and territory changes.
• Review and validate territory boundaries and descriptions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze geographic and demographic data to help optimize territory performance and guide business decisions.
• Manage mapping workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting and insights to support ongoing operations.
Qualifications
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with franchisees and members within Operations or outside of Operations across various backgrounds and personalities.
• Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented: Exhibit self-motivation, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability to change.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Organization: Assist in initiating, planning, prioritizing, and organizing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong or advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and DocuSign.
• Typing & Administrative Skills: Possess strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations-oriented role within the franchise industry or comparable multi-unit retail industry experience.
Physical Requirements
Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to 20 hours per week.
