- Conduct comprehensive final testing of electron beam columns to verify functionality, performance, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform calibration, alignment, and diagnostic procedures on electron beam systems.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Document test procedures, results, and discrepancies, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our supporting functions and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.
- Maintain and update testing equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as required.
- Provide support to our field engineers as required.
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering manufacturing engineering or Physics, or a related field .
- Proven experience in testing and calibrating high-precision electronic or electro-mechanical systems, preferably electron beam columns or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of electron beam technology and related systems.
- Experience and adherence to work in a clean room environment and standard.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic and measurement tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and beam alignment equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and reporting test results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and team work skills, both verbal and written.
