Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $22.30 and $27.87 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.Benefits:

Eligible after 30 days of full-time employment (minimum of 30 hours/week):

What you'll do

Support production as assigned by Lead and or Supervisor to help maintain Pioneer's goal for on-time delivery of customer parts and meeting all quality requirements. Assist with training new employees within the applicable areas assigned. Help maintain a productive and motivated work environment.

 

What you'll bring

 

  • High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in a program where you are working toward this goal.
  • Ability to read and write. Ability to comprehend/understand/follow written and verbal instructions and all work related documents.
  • 1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be proficient with department related manufacturing equipment and quality tools.
  • Ability to manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings.
  • Experienced with Epicor ERP or a related manufacturing ERP or MRP system.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with others

 

Preferably you'll bring

  • Aerospace Manufacturing experience.
