Manufacturing Operations Intern (Academic Credit)

Job Description:

The Operations Intern assists the Factory Operations team in supporting daily operational activities to ensure efficient production and workflow. The role provides practical experience in operations management, process monitoring, documentation, and coordination with different departments to help maintain smooth factory operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily factory operations and workflow processes.

• Support the operations team in coordinating production schedules and tasks.

• Help prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.

• Assist in monitoring inventory, materials, and production supplies.

• Observe and support quality control procedures in the production process.

• Help ensure workplace organization and proper documentation of operational activities.

• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Qualified Courses:

• BS in Operations Management

• Any related course
