BL MPS Delivery Harvesting Operations – Project Coordinator
Manage MPS DO Harvesting Operations to maximize the re-use and repair of parts and modules. These recovered materials will support the installed base of machines and contribute to the build and repair of systems across ASML.
This role requires close collaboration with Sourcing & Procurement, in-house 3PL, ASML warehouses, Custom, and multiple stakeholders to ensure timely inbound and outbound processing of buyback machines.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in managing and integrating procurement, disassembly, and inventory storage management - ensuring smooth project execution, optimal resource utilization, and alignment across the value chain.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory counting, and
- Maintain and operate inventory systems (ERP/WMS) to ensure accurate stock records.
- Generate regular inventory reports and analyze metrics such as turnover rate, obsolete stock, and stockouts.
- Assist in developing and implementing warehouse SOPs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with ASML warehouse stakeholders, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Plan and coordinate projects involving the purchase, import/export, and disassembly of used machinery.
- Collaborate with engineer to plan disassembly sequences and label parts accurately.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import/export procedures.
- Handle unexpected issues during the project and propose effective solutions.
