New Graduate Manufacturing Manager Role – Gebze Plant

At the P&G Gebze Plant, our manufacturing engineers play a critical role in ensuring that our products are produced to the highest standards. Our plant is a high-tech, dynamic, and vibrant environment with a clear vision: to develop the future leaders of Product Supply and Manufacturing.

We aim to develop digitally savvy talent and foster innovation at both individual and team levels across our plant.

What will you do?

As a Manufacturing Manager at our Gebze Plant, you will be responsible for improving results across core production processes, implementing focused and sustainable improvements, and standardizing these improvements through effective maintenance systems. You will leverage your problem-solving expertise to identify root causes and permanently eliminate recurring issues.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing, developing, and continuously improving production processes, as well as enhancing existing production machinery and automation systems. You will coach teams on problem-solving and process improvement methodologies, establish standards based on root-cause analysis, and develop new strategies to improve process reliability.

You will gradually take on increased responsibility for production line teams, execute product tests, and plan, calculate, and implement technical projects. You will also conduct analyses and compare alternative solutions to identify technical development opportunities.

In addition, you will support the development and implementation of production machinery and systems while working closely with equipment and technology suppliers.

Job Qualifications

  • University degree in 2026 or recently graduated
