Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will be responsible for a specific project focused on production process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or engineering systems development. Your project may include process improvement initiatives such as reducing breakdowns, optimizing material flows, increasing equipment efficiency, digitalizing employees’ daily work, smart maintenance, machine vision and vision system projects, as well as projects aimed at improving equipment reliability and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
The internship duration may vary from 3 to 6 months, depending on the project scope and your availability. During the internship, you will work on real business challenges and develop practical solutions in a multifunctional environment, supported by experienced P&G managers.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 100,000 rubles gross;
Free lunch on the territory of the plant;
Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station;
Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio;
Relocation support, including compensation for tickets and transportation of personal belongings, in case of relocation to St. Petersburg from another region.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
Are third- or fourth-year bachelor’s students, first- or second-year master’s students, or recent graduates up to two years after graduation;
Are pursuing or have completed a degree in a STEM field: engineering, technology, natural sciences, mathematics, or related areas;
Have good English proficiency — B1 level or higher;
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills;
Have critical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work effectively in diverse organizations and teams;
Are ready to work full-time — 40 hours per week.
The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg or be ready to relocate to St. Petersburg with the company’s support.
