Job Description

Job title: Manufacturing Financial Controller
Your role:

  • Signing off the financials of the ORU.

  • Driving and achieving the factory financial goals (e.g. FCP, Productivity and Manufacturing results) through variance analysis and timely implementation of corrective measures.

  • Leading the financial performance cycle and the planning processes for the factory.

  • Managing investment decisions and balance sheet review.

  • Securing the competitive advantage of the site (manufacturing and innovation hub) with strategic decision support.

  • Ensuring a framework of adequate business controls (ICS/SOX) and General Business Principles with proper follow up and documentation.

  • Leading the site F&A activities and team.

  • This is a hands-on role that will work closely with Site manufacturing team, BU and various pillars of F&A (e.g. Ops Finance team, FP&A, GBS etc.).

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Drive and grow business value by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets for the factory. You ensure financially sound decision making and you are part of the factory Management Team. You ensure sound business control and adhere to the General Business Principles. You lead the local Finance team and play a pivotal role in guiding the larger factory organization.

An experienced team of finance professionals spread across Globe. You will be covering the P&L of our Personal Health factory in Zhuhai, China.

You're the right fit if:

  •  At least 5-7 years working experience with financial control, cost accounting, management reporting and business analysis

  • At least 2 years working experience as Factory Business Partner is a plus

  • Working experience with Multi-National Companies

  • Business acumen to drive value creation through strong business cases

  • Eagerness to learn and improve, challenge in a respectful way, communicate effectively to various stakeholder groups

  • Good understanding of relevant tools and systems

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.

任职要求
  •  7 年以上财务成本管控、会计核算、业务分析工作经验

  •  2 年以上担任工厂财务BP经验者优先

  • 有跨国公司工作经验

  • 具备较强的商业敏锐度,善于通过可靠的投资方案推动企业价值增长

  • 有很强的学习能力、具有持续改善的意识,能以尊重的方式提出建设性质疑,并能与不同利益相关方进行有效沟通

  • 熟悉相关财务工具与系统(如 SAP、Excel/Power BI 等)

  • 具备良好的英文书面与口头沟通能力
