As a Manufacturing Failure Analysis Engineer, you will play a vital role in identifying and resolving failures to enhance the yield, quality, and reliability of next-generation products and packages. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct failure analysis to determine the root cause of defects in integrated circuits, components, subcomponents, and systems.
- Define and implement failure analysis strategies to enhance yield, quality, and reliability.
- Perform lab work to evaluate the electrical and mechanical characteristics of materials and devices.
- Develop advanced methodologies for electrical, analytical, and mechanical failure analysis to support future technologies and products.
- Direct technology and product transfer, manufacturing startup, and automation improvements in failure analysis processes.
- Analyze failure reports, recommend corrective actions, and drive shared learning across sites.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in domain with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical testing methods and tools.
- Fundamental knowledge of material-device interactions and analysis techniques.
