Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product & continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.
KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:
• Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME)
• Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
• Responsible Setup compliance
• Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance.
• Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
• Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment
• Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
• Responsible to support the training and operator’s certification in the identified critical process.
• Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.).
• Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering.
• +3 year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
• Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery & Equipment implementation, new machinery & Equipment upgrade
• English 80%
• Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, PPAP)
• IAFT 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, QCI-15, QCI-9 (preferred)
• Knowledge in the use of equipment’s and tools of the related areas (i.e. welding, machining, balancing, assembly).
• Ability to develop implement and follow up plant projects.
• Capable of follow up activities according to the plant procedures.
• Drawing and specification understanding (PI, QCI).
