Job Description
You will be reporting to a Manufacturing Lead. You will be based in Singapore, Corporation place.
This is a one-year contract role with possibilities of conversion to full-time permanent role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help with daily autonomous maintenance.
- You will repair machines
- You will perform preventive maintenance to machines
- You will Support improvement projects
- You will work overtime
- 12 hrs shift, day/night depending on business need
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- You have an Advanced Diploma/Diploma/ITE in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
- You will Be motivated to self learn.
- Candidates without work experience & fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Keen to work in factory manufacturing environment
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- You have at least 1+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SMT equipment such as Screen Printers, Pick-and-Place Machines, Reflow Ovens, SPI, AOI, and X-Ray systems.
- You will have Basic knowledge of SMT processes, PCB assembly, soldering standards, and defect analysis.
- You will have Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis techniques.
- You will Read and interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and work instructions.

Skills Required
- Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in equipment installation and machine troubleshooting
- Knowledge of C++, C#.NET, and PLC programming
- Candidates without work experience are welcome to apply
- Ability to support night shift when needed
- Experience or knowledge of label modifications involving FTPC, Table 2, and SAP systems
- Ability to support label buyoff processes and track SharePoint requests
