Key Responsibilities
• Lean Production Leadership: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, equipment, and techniques to reduce operational costs.
• Smart Manufacturing Implementation: Lead the planning and deployment of smart manufacturing technologies, including digital systems and automation solutions, to enhance factory digitization and intelligence.
• Digital & Lean Integration: Implement digital systems & tools in conjunction with lean methodologies to achieve process visualization and automation.
• Innovation & Competitiveness: Spearhead internal innovation projects to maintain competitive advantage.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smart manufacturing initiatives align with business objectives.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience related to lean manufacturing and familiar with lean management
• Familiar with digital systems and digital tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
