Manufacturing EngineerWhat can you expect?

What will your responsibilities be?
- Layout of production line – creating, optimizing (Autocad)
- Process flow chart – creating and reviewing
- Risks analyses (PFMEA) – creating and reviewing
- Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM)
- Monitor assembly process and equipment for current production
- Technical changes of the process and production – responsibility for their developing, testing and implementing
- Operating times (MTM) – their determining and defining of their distribution on the production line
- Technological procedures (ODS) for new products and serial production – their developing, implementing and updating
- Determining of parameters of machines and equipment
- Support & stimulate continuous improvement process in plants (LEAN, KAIZEN, DO IT)
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- University degree/High school - mechanical or industrial engineering
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- PFMEA – work experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- AutoCAD – working knowledge
- Time measurement system (MTM preferred) – working knowledge
- Reading of technical drawings
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
