Minimum Requirements:✔️ 2-4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Lean Manufacturing preferred).
✔️ Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication.
✔️ Knowledge of repetitive and build-to-suit manufacturing methodologies.
✔️ Experience managing projects and technical upgrades.
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔️ Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
