Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Background in manufacturing processes and the use of methodologies to optimize production systems.
- Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and improvement goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective changes.
- Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
Skills Required
