Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Background in manufacturing processes and the use of methodologies to optimize production systems.
  • Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and improvement goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective changes.
  • Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

 


Skills Required
