Lead internal and external communications for ATI's Specialty Materials business unit. Build channels to reach shop-floor employees, create written and video content, manage crisis and media engagement, support digital/social strategy, coach leaders, measure communications effectiveness, and embed communications into business initiatives.

Execute internal audits and prepare certification/recertification packages to ensure material compliance with customer, industry, and organizational specifications. Analyze data, perform heat file audits, prepare Certificates of Test, coordinate with sales, engineering, lab and quality, identify missing/incorrect testing, and issue corrected certifications. Lead alloy and process development for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems. Supervise atomizer technicians on a swing shift, ensuring safety, quality, production targets, lean practices, training/certification, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and cost goals.

Entry-level machining engineer will design and validate machining concepts using CAD and process simulation, create models, drawings and NC programs, analyze process data, investigate manufacturing issues, recommend tooling and process improvements, document technical solutions, and support product introduction and production flow.

Support and lead shop-floor continuous improvement by applying Lean principles. Facilitate 5S and Kaizen events, standardize work, develop training and process standards, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.

Lead the Cybersecurity GRC team, manage risk and vulnerability programs, align cybersecurity with business objectives, oversee assessments and vendors, improve awareness and compliance, and deliver metrics and advisory services across the organization.

Support corporate governance and securities compliance for a public company: prepare and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxies, Section 16), maintain corporate records, manage board materials and logistics, support stock administration, assist with subsidiary governance and transaction due diligence, and coordinate with finance, IR, and outside counsel.

Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives in a manufacturing facility. Facilitate root-cause analysis, manage non-conformances, support audits, PFMEA, risk assessments, supplier quality, and calibration activities while ensuring compliance with customer and industry specifications.

Lead PLM and digital engineering initiatives to integrate systems, optimize product lifecycle processes, harmonize data, automate workflows, and enable cross-functional teams using Siemens PLM and CAD/CAM tools.

Provide troubleshooting, sustaining, and minor repair of process and control equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum). Support controls and automation, coordinate software/firmware changes, develop procedures and training, liaise with operations and engineering, and provide after-hours and cross-plant technical support.

Lead and optimize metallurgical manufacturing processes for titanium products, support raw material qualification, analyze chemistry/yield data, drive continuous improvement and standardize new products with operations, quality, and R&D.

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of material flow through chemical and mechanical test labs. Manage daily test priorities, capacity, lead times, and backlog; analyze lab loadings, develop reports, optimize throughput, coordinate with Supply Chain and Lab Supervision, and support production scheduling and operations calls.

Provide HR business partner and labor relations support for manufacturing operations. Advise leaders on performance management, grievance/disciplinary matters, collective bargaining administration, workforce planning, training, process improvements, hiring, and HR analytics. Build relationships with plant and union leadership and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements and related processes.

Perform detailed audits of production records against quality procedures, approve and release product, manage record retention and document filing, update internal quality documentation, and review fixed practices. Communicate with all plant levels to ensure thorough quality documentation and compliance in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Perform scheduled lubrication of bearings, gears, shafts and other machine parts; install and maintain grease fittings, lubrication lines and systems; repair oil pumps and dispensing units; use hand tools; follow lubrication drawings and IAMAW Lubricator training program requirements.

Support coil mill process development, troubleshooting, and quality cost control. Work with production, supervision, and technical teams to assess non-conforming material, implement process improvements, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain quality management documentation.

Identify and pursue new Aerospace and Energy business, develop customer-specific value propositions, build relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams to quote and win orders, create forecasts and strategic plans, manage accounts and new customer projects, and represent ATI at industry events.

Manage consolidation and SEC reporting processes, administer OneStream, consolidate divisional financial data, support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, perform SOX controls and technical US GAAP research, assist with Forms 8-K/10-Q/10-K preparation, liaise with division finance, IR and FP&A, and drive process improvements.
