Lead a team of process engineers for a metals production facility to manage process quality, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, support audits, and enable product certification.

Manage ongoing customer relationships for ATISM customers: process inquiries and orders, compile product requirements, communicate status, lead times and shipping, pursue new customers, and maintain relationships to meet revenue goals.

Provide clerical support to Certification Auditors and Lab Planners: assemble and distribute certification and lab packages, pick up/deliver packages to plants, organize and scan lab files into PaperVision or a LAN drive, draft auditor certifications, and help optimize office procedures.

Analyze and monitor overall equipment effectiveness, identify and eliminate production losses, lead root cause analyses, prioritize corrective actions, collaborate with reliability and operations teams, and support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives to meet performance targets.

Lead operational FP&A for the Advanced Alloys & Solutions segment, driving forecasting, annual and long-range planning, capex analysis, working capital optimization, and profitability improvements. Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and finance leaders to standardize processes, deliver financial reporting, build models, support strategic investments, and mentor finance teams. Manage heavy travel initially to understand plant operations and influence executive decision-making.

Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap, partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to deliver HRIS, payroll, talent, LMS and workforce management solutions. Manage intake, requirements, projects, vendor/managed service governance, testing, deployments, change management, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Manage ongoing customer relationships for ATISM accounts: process quotes and orders, track shipments, handle discrepancies, coordinate internal/external requests, support customer reviews, manage agreements, drive continuous improvement, and gather market feedback to maintain and grow business.

Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, alignment, and preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment (conveyors, gearboxes, cranes, rotating equipment) using welding, lifting, and precision alignment tools. Maintain records, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, support engineering and capital projects, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Shift work required.

Provide administrative and sales support for inside sales: manage customer communications, sales order routing and audits, reporting, office coordination, customer visit support, inventory and mail management, and continuous improvement activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Lead and implement EHS and injury-prevention programs for the plant: develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze safety metrics, perform hazard analyses, train staff, conduct audits, and run a joint company/union safety committee to achieve an injury-free workplace.

Manage development, maintenance, improvement, and surveillance of the Quality Management System per ISO 9001/AS9100 and NADCAP. Create and control QMS documentation, lead continuous improvement, coordinate certification, customer, supplier, and NADCAP audits, support internal audits and supplier qualification, and assist new employee training.

Operate and maintain roll grinding and turning equipment to rough turn and finish mill rolls to exact shape, finish and tolerances. Calibrate and record inspection data, perform visual and instrument inspections (roughness, hardness, diameter, shape), mount grinding wheels, operate cranes and fork trucks, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and read blueprints in metric and imperial units.

Support development and qualification of materials and forged products by applying materials science fundamentals. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to troubleshoot, run technology assessment and development programs, lead project deliverables, report to senior leadership, and assist on proposals and production projects.

Lead and execute operational, financial, and SOX audits; assess internal controls and compliance; develop audit programs; document processes; coordinate with external auditors; report findings and recommend remediation; coach audit staff; support continuous improvement and data analytics; travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites.

Support ATI's transformation agenda by administering the transformation management system (WAVE), ensuring data integrity, creating executive dashboards and analyses, tracking initiative KPIs and value capture, and partnering with initiative owners to drive disciplined execution and reporting.
