Lead FP&A for a multisite manufacturing Business Unit: provide strategic financial leadership, drive planning/forecasting, deliver driver-based models and executive reporting, evaluate capital and strategic initiatives, modernize planning systems, and grow a high-performing FP&A team supporting global operations.

On-site role with up to 15% travel.

Manage titanium melting operations (VAR and EBM), production scheduling, safety, quality, maintenance, and budgets. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP), drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and equipment reliability.

Lead a team of process engineers for a metals production facility to manage process quality, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, support audits, and enable product certification.

Manage ongoing customer relationships for ATISM customers: process inquiries and orders, compile product requirements, communicate status, lead times and shipping, pursue new customers, and maintain relationships to meet revenue goals.

Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap, partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to deliver HRIS, payroll, talent, LMS and workforce management solutions. Manage intake, requirements, projects, vendor/managed service governance, testing, deployments, change management, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Manage ongoing customer relationships for ATISM accounts: process quotes and orders, track shipments, handle discrepancies, coordinate internal/external requests, support customer reviews, manage agreements, drive continuous improvement, and gather market feedback to maintain and grow business.

Support ATI's transformation agenda by administering the transformation management system (WAVE), ensuring data integrity, creating executive dashboards and analyses, tracking initiative KPIs and value capture, and partnering with initiative owners to drive disciplined execution and reporting.

Support development and qualification of materials and forged products by applying materials science fundamentals. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to troubleshoot, run technology assessment and development programs, lead project deliverables, report to senior leadership, and assist on proposals and production projects.

Lead and execute operational, financial, and SOX audits; assess internal controls and compliance; develop audit programs; document processes; coordinate with external auditors; report findings and recommend remediation; coach audit staff; support continuous improvement and data analytics; travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites.

Support and maintain planning system integrity and master data for supply chain planning (ASCP). Ensure data governance, validate system configurations, analyze planning outputs, resolve discrepancies, support inventory accuracy and physical counts, train users, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.

Lead internal and external communications for ATI's Specialty Materials business unit. Build channels to reach shop-floor employees, create written and video content, manage crisis and media engagement, support digital/social strategy, coach leaders, measure communications effectiveness, and embed communications into business initiatives.

Execute internal audits and prepare certification/recertification packages to ensure material compliance with customer, industry, and organizational specifications. Analyze data, perform heat file audits, prepare Certificates of Test, coordinate with sales, engineering, lab and quality, identify missing/incorrect testing, and issue corrected certifications. Support overcheck designee qualifications as needed.

Lead alloy and process development for Ni, Ti, Co, or Fe systems. Design experiments, analyze microstructure and properties (SEM, EBSD, XRD, thermal analysis), scale lab-to-plant transitions, draft technical reports, support IP and patents, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.

Supervise atomizer technicians on a swing shift, ensuring safety, quality, production targets, lean practices, training/certification, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and cost goals.

Entry-level machining engineer will design and validate machining concepts using CAD and process simulation, create models, drawings and NC programs, analyze process data, investigate manufacturing issues, recommend tooling and process improvements, document technical solutions, and support product introduction and production flow.

Support and lead shop-floor continuous improvement by applying Lean principles. Facilitate 5S and Kaizen events, standardize work, develop training and process standards, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
