Summer technology intern supporting specialty-materials manufacturing through defect investigation, mechanical and metallography data analysis, experimental material monitoring, and process improvement. The intern will collaborate with plant and technical teams to identify processing trends, recommend improvements, solve manufacturing challenges, and communicate technical findings.

Supports materials research and development involving titanium and nickel alloys. Advises leaders, interprets collective bargaining agreements, resolves disputes, supports recruiting, and partners with payroll, safety, legal, and other HR functions.

Coordinates production control across manufacturing, quality, labs, shipping, technology, planning, and sales. Establishes work priorities, reprocesses batches, resolves product deviations, chairs production meetings, monitors critical orders, supports process improvements, facilitates cross-functional communication, and maintains shipment reports to meet revenue and on-time delivery objectives.
