In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1.    Process Mastery & Quality Integration: Develop a deep understanding of product design intent and critical quality control points. Master and document the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and packing.        
2.    Production Technical Support: Provide immediate and effective technical support to the production team. Investigate and resolve "red light" cases and complex manufacturing problems related to process, material, and equipment.                
3.    Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).                
4.    Automation & Digitalization: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop, justify, and implement automation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. Drive initiatives to improve productivity and advance the factory towards Industry 4.0 standards.                
5.    Support Production Management: Assist the Production Manager in daily operational management, ensuring production targets are met and supporting the team as needed.        
6.    Other tasks assigned by the company.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering related field
2.    At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing engineering role within a relevant industry
3.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills        
4.    A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.        
5.    Demonstrable experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools; a Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.    
6.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production operators, maintenance teams, Quality and supply chain.        
7.    Fluent in both Oral and Written English
