The Manufacturing Engineer supports key technical activities across the product lifecycle, including Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Testing (DFM/A/T), Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Capability Studies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis for production‑related issues. The role ensures manufacturing processes are robust, efficient, and capable of supporting high‑quality mass production.
Your Role1. BOM Management & SAP- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP.
- Perform checks and updates for new products and life‑cycle management (LCM) products to ensure readiness for mass production.
- Support all technical aspects of industrialization for part manufacturing and product assembly.
- Monitor and manage process capabilities, including secondary processes, to meet product and quality requirements.
As a core member of the industrialization team, deliver all technical outputs required for NPI/PDLM projects, including:
- Process requirements
- Verification & validation
- Capability studies (Cp/Cpk)
- Work instructions
- Control plans
- Cycle time analysis
- Manpower studies
- Identify bottlenecks and risks affecting manufacturability.
- Drive corrective actions through cross‑functional collaboration to ensure designs remain production‑ready and controlled.
- Conduct structured root cause analysis for production issues using problem‑solving tools.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to maintain process stability, product quality, and yield.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical ,Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in SAP (BOM management, production data).
- Hands‑on experience with problem‑solving tools such as:
- 3C (Concern–Cause–Countermeasure)
- DMAIC
- Fishbone / Ishikawa diagram
- Tree diagram
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Good communication skills, especially in English.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards (preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or equivalent).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
