Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with manufacturing tools and software such as CAD, MRP systems, and data analysis tools to support process design and optimization
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is <$82,400 - $103,000> for Rosemont IL. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
