We are looking for a hands-on Manual QA Team Leader to join our R&D team and lead a group of QA engineers in delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on manual testing, infrastructure QA, and close collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task planning and performance management
- Design and oversee manual testing for web applications (UI, API, regression, integration)
- Drive QA processes across sprints, releases, and production support
- Ensure quality of infrastructure components and complex system integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and support internal teams with issue diagnosis
- Participate in feature planning, design reviews, and version readiness
- 5+ years in QA, with 2+ years as a team leader
- Experience with frequent deployments and fast-paced release cycles
- Strong manual testing background with infrastructure-level testing
- Advanced SQL and DevTools usage
- Familiarity with tools like Kibana, Sumo Logic, Tableau, or Splunk
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and clear communication in English
- Relevant academic degree advantage
- Experience from a fintech industry is a plus
