Job Summary:

As a Platform Managing Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering a data-driven and technology-enabled business environment. This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills and proven track record in scaling businesses and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

  • Vision and Strategy: Set the vision and strategic direction for the company, defining clear goals and objectives and ensuring alignment throughout the organization. 

  • Total Client Sales & Growth: Drive the overall client sales and growth strategy across Acrisure products, both insurance and non-insurance, to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. 

  • Exceptional Client Service & Operations: Develop and lead a high-performing client service and operations team to maximize client retention, total client sales, technology adoption, and operational efficiency. 

  • Trusted Peer-Leader: Engage and collaborate with a diverse group of partners, balancing entrepreneurial motivation with disciplined execution to foster a cohesive and high-performing team culture. 

  • Marketplace & Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to achieve optimal placement in the marketplace, identifying and seizing opportunities for growth and differentiation. 

  • Data-Driven & Technology Enabled: Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and embrace technology solutions to enhance operational processes and efficiency throughout the organization. 

  • Drive Insurance Value Chain: Actively participate in driving the insurance value chain into Acrisure by exploring new product offerings, strategic partnerships, and innovative approaches to meet evolving market demands. 

  • Highly Segmented Client Acquisition: Develop and implement a highly segmented client acquisition, service, and renewal model to effectively target and cater to the diverse needs of clients across various industries. 

  • Embrace Key Performance Indicators: Embrace quarterly earnings, significant profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, and prioritize technology and data key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve financial targets. 

  • Revenue and Expense Management: Oversee revenue and expense management to ensure profitability and financial sustainability, making informed decisions based on financial data and market insights. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies, to drive business growth and maintain a positive brand reputation. 

  • Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards, while promoting ethical conduct and transparency in all aspects of the business. 

  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of talent development and succession planning, attracting and retaining top industry professionals, and providing ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities. 

  • Financial Performance: Take overall responsibility for the financial performance of the company, regularly reviewing financial statements, analyzing key metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability. 

  • Industry Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, actively participating in industry associations and events, and representing the company as a thought leader.

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Executive Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within property & casualty insurance financial services industry, with experience driving sales and growth strategies in a revenue-driven environment. 

  • Client Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and lead exceptional client service and operations teams focused on delivering high-quality service and maximizing client satisfaction. 

  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve long-term goals. 

  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including revenue and expense management, profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, and financial performance analysis. 

  • Technology and Data Focus: Strong understanding of technology solutions and data analytics, with the ability to leverage technology and data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency and business growth. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards within the financial services industry. 

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance innovation, creativity, and risk-taking with a disciplined and results-oriented approach. 

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred. 

Other: 

  • Must be willing to relocate, if necessary, to the New England Region.

  • Must be able to travel to all offices, client offices and events as needed 

  • Self-motivated and driven
