Role purpose
Build pipeline and help close enterprise AI advisory work across EMEA alongside practice leads.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage a high-quality EMEA pipeline for AI advisory services
Work with practice leads to shape campaigns, target accounts, pursuit strategies, and conversion plans
Develop senior relationships with prospective clients, partners, and referral channels
Support co-sell motions with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Ankura’s client base
Drive disciplined CRM, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
Help position Ankura externally through campaigns, events, and executive engagement
Candidate profile
Strong enterprise sales / BD experience in consulting, AI, digital, or transformation services
Credible with C-suite buyers and partnership ecosystems
Proven track record in complex solution selling
Strong cross-border EMEA experience is highly attractive
Self-starting, collaborative, and comfortable in a build-stage business
