We’re specifically looking for experienced pub and hospitality professionals who can bring:
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
A hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
