Key Responsibilities

1.    Resource & Capacity Alignment :
•    Support the COO in monitoring organizational capacity, workload distribution, and staffing alignment across operational teams to ensure optimal resource utilization, balanced workloads, and effective service delivery
2.    Strategic Program & Information Coordination :
•    Support the COO and leadership team in translating strategic priorities into structured initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, and tracking execution against defined milestones, financial goals, operational outcomes, and value realization tracking
•    Gather, analyse, and synthesize operational and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making
3.    Operational Excellence & Process Enablement :
•    Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows, improve program

•    Track program risks, operational challenges, and cross-team dependencies. Facilitate resolution pathways and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure continuity of strategic initiatives
6.    Administrative and Operational Support : 
•    Help streamline workflows, maintain shared documentation, and improve operational efficiency across the COO’s office.
7.    Innovation, Automation & Growth Enablement support :
•    Support initiatives focused on automation adoption, digital enablement, and innovation-driven operational improvements, contributing to productivity gains, scalable operations, and long-term enterprise value creation

Skills Required

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Delivery
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives and track execution against milestones and financial goals
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize operational and strategic insights for leadership
  • Experience identifying process improvement and operational excellence opportunities
  • Ability to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and leadership updates
  • Experience tracking program risks, dependencies, and facilitating issue resolution/escalation
  • Skilled in maintaining documentation, streamlining workflows, and providing administrative support to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with automation, digital enablement, and innovation-driven operational improvements
