Manager – Network & Cloud Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Manager – Network & Cloud Infrastructure to lead enterprise cloud, network, and security operations. The role requires strong expertise in Azure, networking, and security, along with the ability to manage teams, optimize cloud usage, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers Oversee L2/L3 operations, incident management, and SLA adherence Manage Azure/AWS environments, including compute, storage, and networking Handle subscription management, cost optimization, and autoscaling strategies Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune (MDM/MAM), and endpoint security (BitLocker) Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, audits, and VAPT remediation Design and manage LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, firewalls (Cisco ASA), VPNs, NAT, and routing Monitor network performance and resolve ISP/network issues Oversee Microsoft Teams setup, policies, and data lifecycle (backup/recovery) Lead migration projects (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Manage contracts, vendors, and renewals (including GoDaddy, SSL, DNS) Support virtualization (Windows/Linux VMs), API integrations, and automation Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability and scalability Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), KQL, SOC operations, and security analytics Ability to manage alert tuning, incident response, and automation (Logic Apps) Strong experience in automating onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning via request-based workflows (Intune, Entra ID, Power Automate) Experience in implementing approval-based access workflows using Atlassian Jira forms and automation Experience with GitHub for repository access management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation (GitHub Actions) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 7+ years of experience in cloud/network infrastructure Strong expertise in Azure, networking, and security Proven team management and leadership experience Certifications (Preferred) MS-900, SC-900, ITIL Azure certifications (nice to have)
