We at spocto are developing a full stack collections platform that is powered by AI ML capabilities, that is radically changing collections within the debt industry.
In March 2022, we became India’s fastest fintech and most impactful start-up to join the unicorn club with a Series B fundraising round of $137 million.
We already have all the top Banks and NBFCs as our clients. We have offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. We plan to expand our business across the EU, USA and SE Asia over the next couple of years.
Job Title – Manager - Collections.
Reports to – AVP.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for leading Voice Operations Functions (Collections Domain) Managing Client and Client Servicing,
Responsible for SLA management, Governance and Reporting.
Driving various developmental initiatives for Retention and Succession planning across levels
A seasoned operations professional, who has demonstrated capability providing strategic and tactical direction to a variety of operational support units.
Ensure timely achievement of SLA's across business units with no revenue shrinkage and drive on time results for stakeholders and customers that is defect free and in an operationally efficient manner.
Manage productivity and drive adequate staffing levels to ensure effective cost management
To ensure effective development and management of operations plans.
Provide strategic planning and execution to enhance cost control, profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operation function.
Regular Interaction with Leadership team and individual department AVP to ensure that company's operational priorities are aligned with total company mission, vision and values.
Be part of customer calls and customer meetings to promote organisations operational excellence.
Manage organization through transformation, new system roll-outs, new product roll-outs ensuring no disruption to service delivery

Requirements
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Overall 8 to 9 years’ experience. Minimum 5-8-year Experience in AM / Team Lead Role. (Collection Vertical – Bucket and / or write off)
Advance excel, Excel based Macros, MS Excel VLookup, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal & External.
Skills Required
- Graduate degree in any stream
- 8 to 9 years of overall experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Team Lead role within collections, including bucket and/or write-off collections
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Excel-based macros
- Experience using VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating pivot tables, analyzing data, and presenting data graphically
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders
