This role is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for GCash. The UX Designer translates complex business and customer needs into functional design solutions, ensuring every digital touchpoint is optimized for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes across different devices and platforms.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Apply design thinking and user-centered design principles to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct rapid testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs based on research and data.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Maintain UX design specifications, wireframes, and documentation to support development teams.
- Evaluate existing user journeys and experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze post-launch performance, user feedback, and analytics to optimize product experiences.

Key Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (required).
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or technology platforms.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or technology companies is an advantage but not required.
