Manager Treasury Technology - FIS Integrity

The Position

Zanders SA is expanding due to the growing number of clients and expansion plans. 

We are looking to hire an experienced consultant who has the ambition to advance a career in corporate treasury and technology solutions and also to contribute to the global development and recognition of Zanders. We offer you the possibility to specialize and develop professionally, taking on personal responsibility for client projects from an early stage. We have similar positions available in the Netherlands and other countries in EU.

Your Profile

You will join the South African team, working together with a wider team of international consultants on international projects for blue-chip companies. You will have a strong foundation in treasury technology and a desire to continue to learn and grow. We offer you the possibility to specialize and develop professionally, taking on personal responsibility for client projects from the get-go. Your role will include:

• Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include re-defining current technology practices, vendor selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions.

• Managing treasury technology projects - taking a lead role in decision making and coaching of junior team members

• Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally. Playing an active part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP’s, events and networking

• Pro-actively researching market/product developments. Actively seeking-out treasury technology advancements

• Participating in internal and external knowledge delegation sessions, such as treasury boot camps, guest lecture events and internal trainings

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 5 years' engagement in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting

• Knowledge in Treasury and Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity

• Implementation experience of FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) and other related tools such as SWIFT.

• Knowledge of other TMS such as Kyriba, SAP, IT2, FIS Quantum or other treasury systems would be beneficial but not a must

• Able to build a network of contacts

• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters

• Willingness to travel

• Previous people management experience is a plus

• Team player, with the ambition to contribute towards growth and prosperity
