The role also involves project ownership, regulatory research, internal knowledge sharing, and identifying improvements to clients’ financial technology practices.

Lead end-to-end treasury technology consulting engagements, including technology landscape advice, vendor selection, system implementations, roadmaps, and project delivery. Manage scope, budgets, risks, timelines, stakeholders, and client accounts while developing consultants and supporting business development. Advise on treasury management, in-house banking, payment factories, and bank connectivity, contribute to proposals and knowledge sessions, and track emerging treasury technology trends.

Advise multinational clients on treasury strategy, operating models, cash and liquidity management, payments, bank connectivity, financial risk, governance, and treasury technology. Lead project workstreams, manage scope and timelines, analyze client challenges, coordinate stakeholders, coach junior consultants, support proposals and business development, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. The role involves Belgian and international engagements across corporate treasury and treasury consulting.

Design, implement and govern GenAI solutions for financial institutions, build LLM-based systems (fine-tuning, RAG, agents), perform model validation and AI risk work, advise on strategy and roadmaps, and lead client engagements across risk domains including financial economic crime.

Lead national and international client engagements advising banks on non-financial risk topics (governance, controls, operational resilience, outsourcing, regulatory compliance). Own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate teams, ensure quality, and manage stakeholders. Drive business development, shape the firms NFR offering and thought leadership, monitor regulatory developments, mentor consultants, and build industry networks.

Lead end-to-end Kyriba implementations (especially connectivity), scope and configure solutions, support clients, manage projects, advise on treasury technology, and contribute to business development and commercial activities.

Lead quantitative credit risk and ESG projects: develop and validate models (IRB, IFRS9, stress testing), advise on risk governance, drive business development in the German market, coach up to four consultants, support sales, and travel as needed.
