This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

We are looking to grow our Transfer Pricing Center of Expertise. This role will have the unique opportunity to work in the US for BHI & B2B. The main focus of this position is advising and assisting with all tax matters related to transfer pricing, including the compliance with tax regulations, advising in restructuring projects, supporting the legal and tax function on potential transfer pricing controversies as well as effectively managing the relationships with the company’s advisors.

You will support the Tax and Transfer Pricing Leadership with end-to-end responsibility from scoping the issue/challenge (incl. budgeting) to the overall solution (incl. execution and implementation), including stakeholder management, driving issue resolution, initiating the needed change management and monitoring. The role works with our tax team, finance colleagues and functional leads at the Corporate Center, and at  our portfolio of brands, including those in our international offices.

Due to the rapid growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

In this role you will get to:

  • Model financial outcomes: value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches for global intellectual property transfer planning and cost share arrangements.

  • Monitor and maintain transfer pricing and other tax compliance across the business, including the review of local transfer pricing documentation.

  • Coordinate the work and interface of our tax advisors to manage our TP profile.

  • Assist the group treasury to assure compliance with the arm’s length principal for the intercompany transactions.

  • Provide tax controversy support, including responses to tax authority inquiries and defending transfer pricing in audits.

  • Maintain and organize key transfer pricing documents, such as intercompany agreements, memorandum and other supporting documentation.

  • Conduct internal transfer pricing risk assessment and recommend tax compliance enhancement opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.

  • Contribute to tax awareness and appreciation within the group by educating cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

What you have:

  • University or other high level degree in Tax Economics/Law/Business Administration or similar degree, preferably. (CPA, JD, or Master's degree in Taxation/Economics is highly preferred).

  • 5+ years of working experience in Transfer Pricing within a Big 4 and/or multinational 

  • corporate environment.

  • Deep understanding of global tax regulatory frameworks. 

  • US transfer pricing knowledge is preferable

  • A background incorporating tax accounting, treasury, or compliance functions is highly advantageous.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to manage diverse tasks autonomously and efficiently.

  • Proven ability to balance granular detail with broad business context while navigating competing priorities.

  • Proactive and energetic professional with a proven drive for results and a self-motivated mindset.

  • Precise and capable of delivering under pressure while meeting rigorous deadlines in a high-velocity environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the confidence to engage with various levels of leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the year

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $135,000-$165,000.
