Acuity is seeking a Director – Total Rewards to oversee the management and coordination of the benefits and compensation functions, including employee benefit programs, compensation practices, leave administration, related compliance, and vendor management. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring a comprehensive total rewards strategy in coordination with leadership, while also partnering as needed with Employee Success, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams, and performing other duties as requested.
This is a hybrid position which requires at least one day per week onsite.
You will:Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, including insurance programs, salary structures, merit cycles, and health and welfare initiatives.
Conduct market research and benchmarking and analyze industry trends to ensure competitiveness of total rewards programs.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop, implement, administer and maintain reward programs that drive business results.
Manage vendor partnerships, and ensure effective allocation of resources while contributing to the benefits budget.
Manage and develop two members of the Total Rewards team.
6+ years of experience in total rewards or benefits, with experience in a leadership role.
Certification in compensation, benefits and/or HR, such as CEBS, CCP, CPSP, QKA, and/or SHRM-CP.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful total rewards programs that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices.
Experience with HR systems and technology, including compensation and benefits software.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with, advise and influence executive audiences.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Six or more years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated leadership
- Previous management experience within total rewards
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), QKA, CPSP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar designation(s)
- Experience managing 401(k) plan administration, internal controls, and audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with HR information systems such as UKG Pro, benefits administration systems, and compensation analysis/planning systems
- Effective verbal and written communication including briefing executives
- Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
