The Role

Come join us! WellSky is seeking a Manager, Technical Support to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Client Experience department. This role must also help ensure that the team is prepared for changes in the market, solutions, and organization, so that adjustments can be made, as needed.

A day in the life!  

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Represent WellSky Support to our clients through direct client and cross-organizational engagements
  • Manage all areas of the daily operations of the technical support team through proactive identification of operational improvements to ensure consistent, progressively increasing, positive business results at a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Remain strategically aligned to functional leaders within the business to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage direct reports effectively, including training needs, coaching, and recognition via one-on-one and ad-hoc meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years related work experience
  • 2+ years of management experience

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Support/HealthCare IT experience
  • Client-Focused experience

Additional job expectations applicable to this position include:

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
