Context & Impact
As Lansweeper continues to expand globally, we're building a stronger, more scalable Technical Success organization to ensure customers experience technical excellence from onboarding to ongoing adoption.
This Manager of Technical Success will design and lead the Technical Success & Implementation team, creating the blueprint for how Lansweeper implementations are delivered, standardized, and continuously optimized.
Your mission: build the implementation function, develop world‑class technical talent, and drive measurable customer outcomes in deployment quality, onboarding velocity, and product adoption.
Challenge
The main challenges you'll face are:
- Designing and standardizing Lansweeper's global implementation methodology from the ground up.
- Balancing hands‑on technical leadership with people management across distributed teams.
- Driving process consistency and measurable quality across all technical post‑sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Technical Success Manager and Implementation Specialists
- Design and scale the Lansweeper implementation framework - defining scope, playbooks, quality standards, and handover criteria.
- Own strategic and complex customer onboardings, ensuring correct architecture, deployment, and technical health checks.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align outcomes and represent the Voice of the Customer.
- Define and manage success metrics, including time‑to‑value, adoption rates, and implementation completion quality.
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and refining processes and tooling.
Key Requirements
Hard skills:
- 6-10+ years in technical roles (e.g., Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Technical Success Manager).
- 2-5+ years of leadership or player/coach experience within a technical or customer success organization.
- Strong technical depth in networking, system administration, SaaS architectures, and IT asset discovery.
- Proven experience building repeatable implementation processes and scalable technical workflows.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or equivalent; advanced certs a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Jira, Confluence, or Customer 360 platforms.
- Experience with Lansweeper or related ITAM/IT discovery tools preferred.
Soft skills:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to simplify technical complexity.
- Passionate about building teams, driving excellence, and aligning technical execution with customer success.
