The Human Resources Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and HR compliance initiatives across the organization. This role oversees recruitment programs, supervises HR staff, partners with leaders on workforce and employee relations matters, manages engagement and retention strategies, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and retention programs for clinical, professional, technical, clerical, and service positions.
- Oversee recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, job fairs, college recruitment, and vendor partnerships.
- Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members.
- Manage employee engagement, action planning, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management programs, job descriptions, and classifications.
- Advise leaders on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workforce matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze workforce metrics, exit interview data, and recruitment outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage recruitment advertising strategies, budgets, and external agency relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) years of Human Resources experience, including supervisory/lead responsibility.
