The Opportunity
The Talent Placement and Program Operations team plays a pivotal role in supporting fellows, alumni, and corporate partners, with two core functions: Talent Placement and Program Operations. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness to unlock insights and achieve outcomes, the team is dedicated to enhancing organizational operations by facilitating talent engagement and role placement initiatives to ensure optimal outcomes for both talent and partners. Committed to operational excellence, innovation, and collaborative success, the team positions the organization and its constituents for continued growth and achievement in an evolving economic landscape.
The Manager, Talent Placement & Program Operations oversees the applicant perspective of talent matching within our organization. Their duties include onboarding fellows and alumni onto our applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensuring their profiles are complete and linked to at least one partner pipeline. For alumni talent, they conduct candidate outreach activities, identify suitable matches for assigned partner roles, and provide direct sourcing for these positions. Additionally, this role tracks the various steps and stages in the recruiting process for candidates on the ATS, ensuring efficiency and transparency. In collaboration with the programs team, they ensure fellows are in good standing and gain buy-in for potential opportunities. Gathering feedback from candidates on their interview process and capturing insights to enhance our MLT interview preparation strategy are also among their responsibilities. Through these efforts, the Talent Placement Manager plays a vital role in supporting the career advancement and professional development of our fellows and alumni.
Please Note: This position is currently posted to build a talent pipeline in anticipation of future hiring needs. The official recruitment process is expected to commence in early 2025.
