The Job:
As a Manager, Talent & Performance Enablement, you’ll be part of our Talent & Performance Enablement Center of Expertise team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of our enterprise-wide talent and performance processes. The Performance Enablement Process (PEP) includes goal setting, mid-year PEP Talks, year-end reviews, and building a culture of continuous feedback.
- Define and Assess potential and developing systemic mechanisms to create robust talent pipelines across the organization, including talent reviews, calibration, skills development and other talent planning activities.
- Use data and analytics to inform talent and performance strategies, identify key insights, and partner closely with the Workday team and other stakeholders to support reporting requirements and system-enabled solutions.
- Working across the HR function and with stakeholders across the business, this role will ensure strong governance and standards globally and provide employees with the support needed to succeed.
- Requires an individual with very high standards, exceptional attention to detail, strong initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Manage global talent and performance processes, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvements (i.e. launching processes in workday on time, with no errors, making incremental improvements.)
- Partner closely with the Workday team to design, build, enhance, and optimize system-based solutions that support talent and performance processes.
- Leverage talent and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform HR and business decision-making.
- Partner with the Workday team to define reporting requirements and support reporting and analytics solutions for talent and performance processes. Develop effective HR and Employee training materials and deliver training to key stakeholder groups.
- Support the design of talent planning activities to identify key talent, assess potential, and align development plans with SBD’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate to refine our performance culture by assessing the performance enablement process and designing and implementing improvements that accelerate our transformation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the performance review cycle, from goal setting to year-end review.
- Support execution of the company-wide skills strategy, through CoE driven actions, in partnership with Learning, IT and others.
- Provide input into the development and implementation of an internal mobility strategy to ensure employees have opportunities to grow their careers within SBD.
The Person:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development or related Human Resources disciplines.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members across people organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent and performance data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong capability in Excel, including comfort analyzing data sets and using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience with Workday reporting and the ability to partner effectively with the Workday team to define reporting needs and support system-enabled talent and performance solutions.
- Willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and do the hands-on work required to drive projects to completion, while maintaining a keen attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Intellectual curiosity and inclusive approach with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to think outside the box and passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and analytically.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
