The Role
Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. We're looking for a Manager, Employer Branding & Talent Attraction to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. What You'll Do
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies to maximize visibility and the success of Flatiron's employer brand in US and international markets to attract talent to Flatiron Health. In addition you will:
  • Develop and deliver an effective multi-channel recruitment marketing strategy to promote Flatiron's employer brand, attract high performing talent, and build robust talent pipelines for current and future talent needs-Focusing on our evolving international presence in the UK, Germany and Japan and domestic presence in Durham
  • Partner with corporate communications and other stakeholders to create content reflective of Flatiron's culture and develop annual editorial and campaigns calendar targeting key talent archetypes
  • Lead strategic partnerships with third parties such as LinkedIn and other platforms, tracking ROI of these paid partnerships
  • Optimize Flatiron's career page and job boards; Publish content across third-party job boards including conceptualizing, marketing and hosting recruiting events, speaker opportunities etc
  • Drive the design and delivery of innovative TA sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet Flatiron's overall short and long term talent needs
  • Liaise with TA to comprehend hiring plans and business priorities in order to develop and implement sourcing and talent pipelining tactics that support a consistent flow of qualified candidates directly linked to key roles/critical capabilities across Flatiron functions and at varying levels of seniority
  • Influence change and drive change management for new ways of approaching sourcing and technology within the recruitment process to increase our efficiency and productivity
  • Build up external benchmarking capability to understand competitive intelligence landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage the recruiting coordination function
  • May attend conferences or industry events nationally as needed

Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a creative problem solver with 8+ years of experience developing and implementing talent attraction strategies.You Have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years recruiting/sourcing experience and a strong track record of success targeting active and passive candidates for key/critical roles within life sciences, healthtech or adjacent industries
  • Managed recruitment marketing strategies to promote employer brand and attract high performing talent in new and evolving markets
  • Experience of content creation across multiple social media platforms to engage target audience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing partnerships with outside vendors
  • Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; deep internet search, strong research, social media and candidate generation skills required
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc)
  • You have experience managing high-performing talent and or operational teams

Extra credit
  • You have experience delivering employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent programs within global healthtech and biotech organizations
  • You have developed and delivered multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies in international markets
  • You have worked with Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $114,400.00 - $171,600.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
