Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the go-to partner for recruitment and talent initiatives, covering the full spectrum: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility for our Service Operations & Customer Experience teams. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who loves challenges and who loves to get noticed for closing a tough role with very tough requirements.

What you will do:

  • Design recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for current vacant positions

  • Manage your own pipeline and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volume as well as niche hires.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools

  • Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools.

  • Partner with hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles to address their talent needs.

  • Manage all internal and external recruitment activities including  internal mobility.

  • Cover the end to end recruitment process which includes contractual agreements, working with local legislations on expat hiring process, onboarding, document collection as well as employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage, update and maintain the ATS system, where role is not limited to maintaining, cleaning but also ensuring all job ads are up to company standards and protects our brand image.

  • Provide general training and direction related to a talent acquisition process or system for HR professionals as well as hiring managers within the business

  • Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.

  • To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will need to be able to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management teams across borders and within the internal matrix.

Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in any relevant discipline.

  • Overall a minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition with proven success in both niche hiring (e.g., senior/technical/Data) and volume hiring (e.g., contact centers)

  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.

  • Skilled in Linkedin Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.

  • Experience in using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions

  • Experience in cross boarder hiring - APAC, European, Turkey markets (foodpanda, foodora , Yemeksepeti)
