Job Summary:

We are hiring to bolster our Microsoft Exchange, M365 and Cloud Infrastructure team. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing Exchange servers and services, supporting hybrid deployment, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud services. The position also entails providing technical support, managing migrations and upgrades, and collaborating with other teams for smooth operations. Preferable expertise includes architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions with a strong focus on scalability, security, and high availability.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Exchange infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and smooth operation. This includes managing on-premises and cloud-based Exchange deployment, handling technical support for Exchange, M365 and cloud related issues, and implementing migrations and upgrades. Skilled in multi-tenant to single-tenant consolidation and cross-tenant migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity throughout the transition. Collaboration with other teams is crucial for seamless integration and functionality of Exchange services and cloud infrastructure. The role also involves contributing to modernization projects and initiatives.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing on-prem datacenter systems and infrastructure, with at least 5 years of experience in managing cloud services. Preferred candidates will have 10+ years of experience with datacenters and 7+ years with cloud services.

Required Skills:

1. Managing and maintaining Exchange servers and services, ensuring they run reliably and smoothly.
2. Providing technical support for Exchange-related issues and incidents, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Implementing and managing Exchange migrations and upgrades ensuring seamless transitions between configurations across our hybrid Exchange environment.
4. Supporting cloud services such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, M365, Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and other relevant services.
5. Skilled in multi-tenant to single-tenant consolidation and cross-tenant migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity throughout the transition.
6. Preferable expertise includes architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions with a strong focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
7. Managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Web Application Firewalls, Multi-Factor Authentication and data backup and recovery solutions.
8. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Exchange services and cloud infrastructure.
9. Contributing to the development and implementation of modernization projects and initiatives.

Education/Qualification:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science. Preferred: Master’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
