We are looking to hire an SLT (System Level Test) Engineering Manager who will work in Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for system level products. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. As a Systems and Boards Test Engineering Manager, you will explore the relevant areas of test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive custom SLT development to optimize system performance, power efficiency and test coverage.

  • Develop and integrate test flows, scripts and automation to ensure robust SLT coverage.

  • Define SLT manufacturing solutions translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.

  • Develop test strategies for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

  • Support the development of test content and solutions in Python.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to debug SLT issues, including HW Design, Quality, Software Development

  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.

  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate a product line.

  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

What we need to see:

  • 7+ overall years of demonstrated ability with post silicon validation experience in System or Board related products.

  • 3+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience with designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.

  • Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level.

  • Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 3, and 216,000 USD - 345,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
