Position SummaryJob Description
The Systems Support Manager serves as the primary technical point of coordination between the Lottery and internal development and systems teams, supporting the execution and delivery of approved technical solutions. This role focuses on the configuration, integration, testing, and operational support of promotions, digital content, system interfaces, and data exchanges across multiple platforms and environments.
The Systems Support Manager works closely with development and Systems teams to support implementation activities, validate data accuracy and interface functionality, and ensure environments are prepared for production. The role also supports the LIM content process, provides cross-system reporting and data extracts, and assists with issue triage and resolution to ensure stable, reliable technical solution execution.
Support execution and operational management of technical solutions across systems, interfaces, and environments in support of Lottery needs
Coordinate with development teams to support configuration, testing, and deployment of system functionality to production.
Configure, validate, and support system interfaces and data flows to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
Maintain system components and environments, ensuring approved production software versions and stability.
Track implementation activities, testing cycles, and deployment readiness using defined procedures.
Validate production changes prior to release, ensuring data integrity and operational readiness.
Partner with Systems and Operations teams to support QA, UAT, deployments, and post-release support.
Collaborate with Product and Sales Analytics teams to support system needs driven by business priorities and performance trends.
Create and distribute files, data extracts, and reports for cross-functional and lottery use.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.
