Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage system implementation and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Gather and validate business and system requirements.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in managing system implementation, application deployment, or technology projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
