- Assist business functions in collating, reporting and monitoring of GHG emissions, in achieving PLUS Net Zero Target
- Execute requirements as per PLUS Green Roadmap 2.0 and collaborate with Operations in the implementation of initiatives where required
- Perform analysis and studies to assist business functions on Sustainability for incorporation within the organization and for commercial viability
- Assist the Leadership team to execute and sustainability initiative as required
- Project manage any ESG related projects to support PLUS’ aspirations and commitments.
- Implement a strong sustainability culture within the organization through communication and awareness with all parties working with PLUS (ie. Business Partners, Vendors, Suppliers)
- Prepare and conduct advocacy initiatives and programs to strengthen sustainability culture within the organization, the industry and the nation.
- Prepare, draft and coordinate Sustainability Reports and other required reports the Management, Board and external parties.
- Prepare presentations for Sustainability advocacy, awards, talks, seminars, programs and engagement sessions
- Assist the Commercial business in identifying commercially viable environmental related opportunities
- Develop, monitor and execute PLUS social development programs and initiatives.
- Masters/Degree in Engineering or any Technology related field, Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Social Science
- 5 years+ experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, Sustainability and Corporate Governance with a deep interest in advancing Sustainability Practices
